Governments and institutions must fund training initiatives that provide workers the know-how to prosper alongside AI.
So, will we lose our jobs to robots? The solution is intricate. Undoubtedly, AI will alter the nature of work, but it also offers chances for advancement and creativity. The nature of work in the future will depend on our capacity to adjust and fully utilise AI's potential to supplement and improve human abilities.
