What Makes the Fellowship Unique?
The Women Techsters Fellowship is renowned for its rigor and exclusivity, admitting only the top 3% of applicants. This comprehensive program is thoughtfully structured into two key phases:
Phase 1: In-Depth Training (First 6 Months)
Participants undergo extensive technical and soft skill training, ensuring they develop a strong foundation in their chosen career path.
Phase 2: Practical Work Experience (Last 6 Months)
Participants gain hands-on experience through opportunities such as internships, volunteering, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. This phase allows them to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world scenarios, preparing them for the demands of the tech industry.
